We do not send locks or keys out in the post, even by recorded delivery. If a posted delivery goes missing you could be waiting 14 days to find it, even signed for deliveries aren’t trackable until delivered.

With the Euro-Secure DPD Predict service the lock and keys to your home are tracked every step of the way. The keys to your home never fall in the wrong hands. You even get an email in the morning telling you what time you can expect your ultra-secure locks to arrive.

We’ll even give you a 1hr next day delivery window & a 15 minute delivery time.

Delivery Terms

Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday will be processed and delivered next working day. Orders received after 1pm Monday to Friday or on weekends/ Bank Holidays will be processed next working day for next day delivery.

2-5 Day Delivery: Orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday will be processed and delivered within 2-5 working days. Orders received after 1pm Monday to Friday or on weekends/ Bank Holidays will be processed next working day and delivered within 2-5 working days.

Next Day Delivery Excludes the following Postcodes: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20,PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

Items that are required to go through the pinning room / workshop( eg Keyed to Code, Keyed Alike, Ultion Smart ) will be delivered next working day once they have been tailored to your bespoke requirements.Please allow an extra 24-48 hours for pinning room / workshop items
