At Euro Secure we want you to be happy with your order, but there may be rare occasions where you need to return items to us. This page explains the process for returning items for a replacement or refund.
Damaged/incorrect items (excluding key cutting)
Please email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the issue and photos showing the issue. We will respond within 24 hours with a return code and address.
We recommend using a signed delivery service as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit. Replacement item(s) will only be sent once we receive the returned item(s).
Please email proof of the postage costs and on receipt of the returned item(s) we will refund all postage costs back to the original card.
